摘　　要：以陆丰12-3海上油田开发项目为案例,探讨海上油气工程跨国项目界面管理的优化策略。通过明确项目目标和要求、明确界面管理范围和参与方建立界面管理机制以及强化协调沟通等步骤,提出一套系统的界面管理思路。同时针对界面管理的方法,结合其他跨国项目经验,提出建议,为相关领域的实践和研究提供了新的思路和方向。Taking the Lufeng 12-3 project as a case,explores optimization strategies for interface management in cross-border offshore oil and gas engineering projects.Through clarifying project objectives and requirements,defining the scope of interface management,establishing an interface management mechanism among participants,and enhancing coordination and communication,a systematic approach to interface management was proposed.Additionally,insights and suggestions are proposed based on experiences from other cross-border projects,offering new directions for practice and research in related fields.
