摘　　要：本文介绍了电镀生产线上上料端套筒类零件自动从半成品箱内取出装入挂具三爪上,下料端自动从挂具三爪上自动取出并有序放入成品箱内;主要介绍了套筒类零件自动装卸挂卸方法;重点阐述了套筒类零件自动装卸挂装置的组成、结构以及工作原理。This article introduces the automatic removal of sleeve type parts from the semi-finished box at the feeding end of the electroplating production line and their placement on the three claws of the hanging tool.The cutting end automatically takes them out from the three claws of the hanging tool and places them in an orderly manner into the finished product box;This article mainly introduces the automatic loading and unloading,hanging and unloading methods for sleeve parts;The composition,structure,and working principle of the automatic loading and unloading hanging device for sleeve parts were emphasized.
