摘  要:在精细化工与制药行业中,再生热氧化器(RTO)是一种关键设备,用于控制工业过程中的空气污染。RTO利用高温燃烧有机污染物,转化为二氧化碳和水。然而,RTO设备在运行过程中经常面临各种腐蚀问题,这些腐蚀问题可能由化学反应、物理因素或微生物活动引起,严重影响设备的效率和寿命。文章详细讨论了精细化工制药行业中RTO设备的结构与功能,操作环境及其对设备产生腐蚀的化学、物理和生物因素。同时,进一步分析了有效的腐蚀防护对策,包括选择合适的防腐材料、应用防腐涂层以及优化环境控制措施,并通过相关案例分析展示了这些对策的实际应用效果和数据支持,为行业内的腐蚀问题提供了实践指导和解决方案。In the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries,regenerative thermal oxidizers(RTOs)are a key equipment used to control air pollution in industrial processes.RTO utilizes high-temperature combustion of organic pollutants to convert them into carbon dioxide and water.However,RTO equipment often faces various corrosion problems during operation,which may be caused by chemical reactions,physical factors,or microbial activities,seriously affecting the efficiency and lifespan of the equipment.This paper discusses in detail the structure and function of RTO equipment in the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industry,the operating environment,and the chemical,physical,and biological factors that cause corrosion to the equipment.Further analysis was conducted on effective corrosion protection measures,including selecting appropriate anti-corrosion materials,applying anti-corrosion coatings,and optimizing environmental control measures.The practical application effects and data support of these measures were demonstrated through relevant case studies,providing practical guidance and solutions for corrosion problems in the industry.
