摘　　要：循环氢压缩机在石油化工等行业中扮演着重要的角色,循环氢压缩机作为加氢装置中的核心设备,其干气密封的性能直接关系到整个装置的安全、稳定和长周期运转。干气密封系统对保障压缩机安全、提高运行效率、减少维护成本、提升经济效益以及推动科技进步都具有不可或缺的作用。文章从本单位燃料油加氢装置循环氢压缩机带中间密封的串联式干气密封的实际运行数据入手,通过各项数据浅析循环氢压缩机干气密封主密封气泄漏量的影响因素,从而指导设备安全运行,同时对燃料油加氢精制装置循环氢压缩机的平稳运行具有重要的意义。The circulating hydrogen compressor plays an important role in the petrochemical industry and other industries.The circulating hydrogen compressor is used as the core equipment in the hydrogen device.EssenceThe dry gas sealing system has an indispensable role in ensuring the safety of compressor,improving operational efficiency,reducing maintenance costs,improving economic efficiency,and promoting technological progress.This paper starts with the actual operation data of the dry gas sealing of the recycical hydrogen compressor of the fuel and oil hydrogenation device in this unit.Through various data,the influencing factors of the main secret sealing gas leakage of the dry gas sealing gas sealing of the cycle hydrogen compressor,thereby guiding the equipment to run safely.At the same time,it is of great significance for the smooth operation of the recycling of hydrogen hydrogenation device.
