摘　　要：为了准确评估转化催化剂在CO装置上的应用效果,通过催化剂选型、装填、监控、工艺操作等环节延长催化剂的使用寿命,降低变动成本。文章以天然气蒸汽转化法制合成气的CO装置在转化催化剂的选型和应用情况,提出进一步提升转化反应效率的方案。In order to accurately evaluate the application effect of conversion catalysts in CO plants,the service life of catalysts is extended and variable costs are reduced through catalyst selection,loading,monitoring,and process operation.This paper proposes a plan to further improve the conversion reaction efficiency based on the selection and application of conversion catalysts in the CO plant of natural gas steam conversion synthesis gas.
