摘　　要：通过对焦点解决模式短期治疗方法的分析,研究与Z世代大学生的特点适配性,从Z世代大学生追求问题快速解决、个性与自我、个人闪光点、灵活性与适应性等方面展开阐述,说明立足“学生忘记自身资源,陷入困境”与“不过度纠结问题产生原因”这个原则,更能顺应新时代大学生的特点进行思想政治教育。焦点解决模式的逻辑还可以作为思想政治教育方法的延伸,进一步丰富思想政治教育方法。This article delves into the adaptability of the Solution-Focused Short Therapy(SFST)approach to the characteristics of Z-Generation college and university students.The study elaborates on the compatibility between this method and this generation of students,considering their pursuit of quick problem-solving,unique personalities and selves,personal strengths,and high flexibility and adaptability.The paper highlights that,based on the principles of“students forgetting their own resources and getting stuck”and“not overly dwelling on the causes of problems”,the SFST can better align with the ideological characteristics of college and university students in the new era,enabling more effective ideological and political education.Simultaneously,the logic of this model can serve as a valuable extension of existing ideological and political education methods,further enriching and improving educational approaches.
