摘 要:为了进一步提高304不锈钢激光加工质量,本文搭建了激光切割试验台开展辅助气体切割试验,探究了不同辅助气体压力对端面粗糙度与熔渣面积的影响。结果表明,喷嘴结构改进后切缝中可以形成流速更高的气流,增强集束性,能够提高切割能力,熔渣面积能明显降低,切割断面的粗糙度略微增加。在0.6 MPa时,改进喷嘴比普通喷嘴的第二断面粗糙度增加了3.29%,熔渣面积减少了15.4%。In order to further improve the quality of 304 stainless steel laser processing,a laser cutting test bench was set up to carry out auxiliary gas cutting tests,and the influence of different auxiliary gas pressures on the end surface roughness and slag area was investigated.The results show that the improved nozzle structure can form a higher flow rate in the slit,enhance the bunching,improve the cutting ability,the slag area can be significantly reduced,and the roughness of the cutting section is slightly increased.At 0.6 MPa,the roughness of the second section of the improved nozzle is increased by 3.29%and the slag area is reduced by 15.4%.
