摘 要:为了进一步提高不锈钢激光加工质量,本文以端面气流速度为评判指标,充分考虑了加工质量、喷嘴结构、辅助气体流场特性三者之间的耦合关系,在喷嘴外设挡气罩以优化气体流场,从辅助气体压力、喷嘴结构两个角度研究了激光加工过程的气体流动特性。结果表明,喷嘴结构改进后切缝中可以形成流速更高的气流,增强集束性,能够提高切割能力。In order to further improve the laser processing quality of stainless steel,this paper took the end flow velocity as the evaluation index,fully considered the coupling relationship among the processing quality,nozzle structure and auxiliary gas flow field characteristics,and set an air shield around the nozzle to optimize the gas flow field.The gas flow characteristics of laser processing were studied from the perspectives of auxiliary gas pressure and nozzle structure.The results show that the improved nozzle structure can form a higher flow rate in the slit,enhance the bunching property,and improve the cutting ability.
