摘 要:医护人力资源难以承载对较多重症病人的实时监护,基于传统以太网技术的物联网技术不能满足医疗监护网络信息传输的实时性和确定性需求,需要实时性能更好的时间敏感网络满足实时监护需求。该文设计了基于时间敏感网络的医疗监护网络系统,并在试验平台进行了医疗监护网络场景的时间同步性能试验。结果表明,基于时间敏感网络的物联网技术能够保障医疗监护网络各节点的时间同步误差稳定在200 ns以内,可以满足医疗监护网络信息传输的时间同步精度需求。The manpower of medical care cannot support real-time monitoring of a large number of critically ill patients,and traditional Ethernet-based IoT technology fails to meet the real-time and deterministic requirements for medical monitoring network information transmission.Time-Sensitive Networking with better real-time performance is needed to meet the real-time monitoring needs.This paper presents a medical monitoring network system based on Time-Sensitive Networking and conducts time synchronization performance tests in a test platform for medical monitoring network scenarios.The results show that IoT technology based on Time-Sensitive Networking can ensure that the time synchronization error of each node in the medical monitoring network stays stable within 200 ns,meeting the time synchronization accuracy requirements for information transmission in the medical monitoring network.
