摘 要:某型飞机在服役期限的后期,飞行中出现了襟翼收放不同步,甚至卡滞现象,经过反复观察和对襟翼悬挂系统进行了拆解,发现襟翼卡滞、不同步是由于悬挂系统两侧的轴承转动不灵活造成的。之后,经进一步对襟翼轴承进行了失效分析,发现襟翼出现此问题是由于襟翼轴承在氯离子的自催化酸化作用下,发生了严重的腐蚀造成的,基于此分析结论提出了对襟翼轴承双面密封的改进方案。A certain type of aircraft experienced flap jamming and unsynchronization during flight.After repeated observation and disassembly of the flap suspension system,it was found that the flap jamming and unsynchronization were caused by the inflexible rotation of the bearings on both sides of the suspension system.Afterwards,further failure analysis was conducted on the flap bearings,and it was found that the problem was caused by severe corrosion of the flap bearings under the self catalytic acidification of chloride ions.Based on this analysis conclusion,an improvement plan for the double-sided sealing of the flap bearings was proposed.
