摘 要:风电机组后机架在焊接过程中会产生大量焊接残余应力。本文以后机架为试验构件,采用振动时效(VSR)技术对其进行去应力处理。结果表明,一次VSR处理的平均应力去除率为38.5%,两点两次VSR处理的平均应力去除率达到54.7%。该技术操作便捷、节能环保,在类似钢结构焊接件的去应力处理中具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。The rear frame of the wind turbine will generate a large number of welding residual stress during the welding process.In this paper,the rear frame is used as a test component,and the vibration stress relief(VSR)technology is used to relieve the residual stress.The test results showed that the average stress removal rate of one time VSR treatment was 38.5%,and that of two points and two times VSR treatments was 54.7%.This technology is easy to operate,energy-saving and environmentally friendly,and has a good application prospect and promotion value in the stress relief treatment of similar steel structure.
