摘 要:为了提升液化天然气储罐技术的安全性,本文通过详细介绍液化天然气储罐的结构特点及罐容参数确定方法,深入探讨了储罐安全技术,包括储罐平面布置与安全距离设计的合理性、储存安全压力的有效控制策略,以及存储系统内罐正压泄放与外罐负压解除机制。在此基础上,进行了全面的安全性分析,并提出了增强储罐安全性能的见解。研究结果表明,科学合理的储罐设计、严格的安全技术实施及持续的安全性分析是确保液化天然气储罐稳定运行、防范安全风险的关键所在。In order to improve the safety of liquefied natural gas storage tank technology,this article provides a detailed introduction to the structural characteristics of liquefied natural gas storage tanks and the method of determining tank capacity parameters.It deeply explores the safety technology of storage tanks,including the rationality of tank layout and safety distance design,effective control strategies for storage safety pressure,and mechanisms for releasing positive pressure in the storage system and releasing negative pressure in the outer tank.On this basis,a comprehensive safety analysis was conducted and insights were proposed to enhance the safety performance of storage tanks.The research results indicate that scientific and reasonable tank design,strict implementation of safety technologies,and continuous safety analysis are the key to ensuring the stable operation of liquefied natural gas storage tanks and preventing safety risks.
