背涂背胶玻化砖与柔性防水层体系黏结强度试验研究

摘  要:该试验通过设置不同的瓷砖背面纹路、背胶养护时间以及瓷砖黏结剂-水泥砂浆层的配合比,针对玻化砖复合黏结体系破坏机理的部分问题进行研究。结果表明,施工时玻化砖涂刷背胶后至少晾干4 h、12 h最佳;配方中含有乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物乳胶粉的瓷砖体系黏结强度随着乳胶粉添加量的增加先增加后减小,在添加量1.5%时黏结强度达到最大,而配方中含有乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物乳胶粉的瓷砖体系黏结强度随着乳胶粉添加量的增加而增加;同心环单边燕尾槽纹路与黏结层形成刚性卯榫结构后提供结构力,大大增强瓷砖与墙体的黏结力;背涂背胶玻化砖与柔性防水层复合黏结体系最薄弱的一环为瓷砖黏结剂-水泥砂浆层与防水层接触界面强度。In this test,some problems of the failure mechanism of the vitrified tile composite bonding system were studied by setting different tile back texture,gum curing time and the mixture ratio of tile binder-cement mortar layer.The results show that during construction,the vitrified tiles are dried for at least 4 hours after being applied with the backing,and the optimal time is 12 hours.The bond strength of the ceramic tile system containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer latex powder in the formula first increases and then decreases with the increase of the amount of latex powder.The bond strength reaches the maximum when the amount of latex powder is 1.5%,while the bond strength of the ceramic tile system containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer latex powder in the formula increases with the increase of the amount of latex powder added.The concentric ring single-sided dovetail groove pattern and the bonding layer form a rigid mortise and tenon structure to provide structural force,which greatly enhances the bonding force between the tile and the wall;the weakest link of the composite bonding system of back-coated glazed tile and flexible waterproof layer is the ceramic tile binder-contact interface strength between cement mortar layer and waterproof layer.
