摘 要:该文通过有限元分析法,探究汽车花键轴冷挤压模具的电火花加工过程。在确定假设条件的基础上,使用ABAQUS软件的“热传递”模块构建有限元模型,将整个模型划分成若干个边长为10μm的正方形网格。模型材料选择为高温硬质合金,初始脉冲热能量为3.2×10^(10) W/m^(2),每1μs施加一次电脉冲。整个加工过程共计12μs,前10μs施加电脉冲,后2μs为停止施加电脉冲后的状态,观察整个加工过程中模型的温度场与应力场。结果表明,随着时间增加,温度场范围变大,在达到放电通道边界后模型温度断崖式下降,温度场分布有明显规律;随着时间增加,应力场范围变大,并且在第12μs时出现间断性最大应力点,应力场分布无明显规律。工件表面平均粗糙度为1.8μm,加工精度较高。In this paper,the EDM process of automotive spline shaft cold extrusion die is explored by finite element analysis method.Based on determining the assumptions,a finite element model was constructed using the"Heat Transfer"module of ABAQUS software,and the entire model was divided into several square grids with sides of 10μm.The model material was selected to be high-temperature cemented carbide,the initial pulse thermal energy was 3.2×10^(10) W/m^(2),and an electrical pulse was applied every 1μs.The entire processing process totaled 12μs.The first 10μs was applied with the electric pulse,and the last 2μs was the state after the application of the electric pulse was stopped.The temperature field and stress field of the model during the entire processing process were observed.The results show that with the increase of time,the temperature field range increases,and after reaching the boundary of the discharge channel,the model temperature drops like a cliff,and the temperature field distribution has obvious regularity;with the increase of time,the stress field range increases,and at the 12thμs,a discontinuous maximum stress point appears,and the stress field distribution has no obvious regularity.The average surface roughness of the workpiece is 1.8μm,with high machining accuracy.
