基于柯氏模式的糖尿病联合老年专科护士培训及效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于柯氏模式的糖尿病联合老年专科护士培训效果,为提高糖尿病联合老年专科护士的专业水平和服务质量提供依据。方法:选取2023年7月1日~2024年1月31日某三甲医院符合条件的52名糖尿病联合老年专科护士为研究对象,接受基于柯氏模式的糖尿病联合老年专科护士培训,培训内容包括糖尿病和老年病的理论知识、临床技能、心理支持、健康教育等,培训时间为6个月。采用糖尿病联合老年专科护士知识问卷、技能操作评分表、护士核心能力自评表比较培训前后护士理论、技能、核心能力情况。结果:培训后,护士的理论知识得分、技能操作得分、护士核心能力均高于培训前(P<0.01);培训后专科护士满意度、自身及组织发展评价百分率高。结论:基于柯氏模式的糖尿病联合老年专科护士培训能够有效提高护士的知识水平、技能水平、核心能力、自身及组织发展,是一种有效的培训模式。Objective:To assess the training effectiveness of the specialized nurses in nursing speciality of diabetes and geriatrics based on Kirkpatrick model so as to provide a basis for improving the professional level and service quality of the specialized nurses in nursing care of diabetes and geriatrics.Methods:A total of 52 eligible specialized nurses in a GradeⅢ-A hospital from July 1,2023 to January 31,2024 were selected as the research objects,and they received the training of speciality in diabetes combined with geriatrics based on Kirkwall model.The training content included theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,psychological support,health education,etc.The training time was 6 months.The knowledge questionnaire,skill operation rating scale and core competence self-rating scale for nurses were used to compare the theoretical mastery,skills and core competence of nurses before and after training.Results:After the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation and core competence of nurses were higher than those before the training(P<0.01).The satisfaction of nurses and the evaluation rate of self and organizational development were high.Conclusion:The training of the specialized nurses in nursing speciality of diabetes and geriatrics based on Kirkpatrick model can effectively improve the knowledge level,skill level,core competence,self and organizational development of the nurses.It is regarded as an effective training model.
