摘　　要：随着城市的不断更新,大量工业建筑遗产被废弃闲置,面临被拆除的命运。为了避免工业建筑遗产资源的浪费,对其进行合理、准确的价值评价是保护与再利用的前提。因此,本文基于价值评价视角,以内蒙古自治区乌海市硅铁厂为例,通过文献爬梳、实地调研,并结合层次分析法进行定性、定量研究,总结出内蒙古地区工业建筑遗产价值评价因子,建立价值评价体系,探讨内蒙古地区工业建筑遗产的更新适应性问题,为后续的保护与再利用工作提供可借鉴的理论指导,为实现城市更新提供参考。With the continuous renewal of the city,a large number of industrial architectural heritages have been abandoned and left idle,and face the fate of demolition.In order to avoid the waste of industrial building heritage resources,reasonable and accurate value evaluation is the premise of protection and reuse.Therefore,based on the perspective of value evaluation,this paper takes Wuhai Ferrosilicon Plant in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,and conducts qualitative and quantitative research through literature review,field research and analytic hierarchy process,to summarize the value evaluation factors of industrial building heritages in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,to establish a value evaluation system and to discuss the renewal adaptability of industrial building heritages in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent protection and reuse work,and references significance for realizing urban renewal.
