芪芩汤治疗新型呼肠孤病毒感染雏鸭的效果分析

摘　　要：探讨和分析芪芩汤治疗新型呼肠孤病毒感染雏鸭的效果。选择山西地区某规模化大型养鸭场150只患新型呼肠孤病毒病的雏鸭作为试验动物,按照随机数字表法,分为3个试验组,每组有50只病鸭。试验1组未给予任何药物治疗作为对照组,试验2组雏鸭皮下注射0.5 mL/只NDRV卵黄抗体治疗,试验3组雏鸭皮下注射0.5 mL/只NDRV卵黄抗体+口服1.0 g/mL芪芩汤,每天上、下午各给药1次,连续治疗一周,观察、比较各组的治疗有效率、雏鸭血清中IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-γ水平变化。试验3组在卵黄抗体治疗的基础上额外给予芪芩汤治疗一周后,其雏鸭痊愈数达到41只,治疗有效率显著高于试验1组、2组(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,在卵黄抗体治疗的基础上额外给予芪芩汤的试验3组雏鸭血清中IFN-α、IFN-β、IFN-γ水平显著高于仅给予卵黄抗体治疗的试验2组和作为对照的试验1组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本研究表明,应用芪芩汤治疗新型呼肠孤病毒感染雏鸭具有良好的效果,这为今后兽医临床上应用芪芩汤治疗和预防NDRV感染雏鸭提供了科学合理的参考依据。To explore and analyze the effect of Qiqin decoction on the treatment of new reovirus infection in ducklings.Select 150 ducklings infected with novel reovirus disease from a large-scale duck farm in Shanxi Province as experimental animals,and divide them into three experimental groups using a random number table method,with 50 diseased ducks in each group.Experimental group 1 did not receive any drug treatment as the control group.Experimental group 2 received subcutaneous injection of 0.5 mL/duck NDRV yolk antibody for treatment,while experimental group 3 received subcutaneous injection of 0.5 mL/duck NDRV yolk antibody and oral administration of 1.0 g/mL Qiqin decoction.The treatment was administered once a day in the morning and afternoon for one week.The effective rates of each group and the significant differences in the levels of IFN-α,IFN-β,and IFN--in the serum of the ducks were observed and compared.After an additional week of treatment with Qiqin Tang on top of egg yolk antibody therapy,50 sick ducks in Experiment 3 recovered to 41,with a significantly higher treatment effectiveness rate compared to Experiment 1 and 2(P<0.05).The levels of IFN-α,IFN-β,and IFN-in the serum of experimental group 3 ducklings treated with Qiqin Tang in addition to yolk antibody therapy were significantly higher than those in experimental group 2 treated with yolk antibody alone and experimental group 1 as a control,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).This study indicates that the application of Qiqin decoction has a good effect on the treatment of new type of reovirus infected ducklings,which provides a scientific and reasonable reference for the future clinical application of Qiqin decoction in veterinary treatment and prevention of NDRV infected ducklings.
