摘 要:虚拟电厂对于提高配电网的运行效率并增加配电网对于分布式发电及储能设备的管理能力具有重要作用。当配电网内含有多个虚拟电厂时,针对各虚拟电厂独立运行时对新能源电力和储能设备利用效率较低的问题,文章研究了配电网含多个虚拟电厂时的协同运行问题。论述了含多个虚拟电厂时的配电网系统结构,然后在虚拟电厂独立运行模式的基础上考虑光伏发电和蓄电池电力的相互调用构建了多虚拟电厂协同运行模型,之后利用场景树方法和线性化方法将原运行优化问题转化为线性混合整数规划进行求解,,通过实验分析验证了虚拟电厂协同运行时整体的经济性要优于各虚拟电厂独立运行时的情况。Virtual power plant plays an important role in improving the operation efficiency of distribution network and increasing its management ability for distributed power generation and energy storage equipment.When there are multiple virtual power plants in distribution network,in view of the low utilization efficiency of new energy power and energy storage equipment during independent operation,this paper studies the cooperative operation problem in a distribution network with multiple virtual power plants.Firstly,the structure of distribution network with multiple virtual power plants is discussed.Then,based on the independent operation of virtual power plants,considering the transfer of photovoltaic power generation and battery power,a cooperative operation model of multiple virtual power plants is constructed.After that,the original operation optimization problem is converted into linear mixed integer programming in order to be solved using scenario tree method and linearization method.Finally,through experimental analysis,it is verified that it is more efficient and economical when virtual power plants are working in cooperative operation than in independent operation.
