余仁欢基于“土枢四象,一气周流”理论辨治膜增生性肾小球肾炎

摘　　要：目前临床应对膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MPGN)尚无成体系的辨治思路与诊疗报道,余仁欢教授认为MPGN具有相同的“增殖性”病理表现,中医辨治皆具有中气不足、枢机不利、肾虚水溢、痰湿瘀阻的病机特点,可基于“土枢四象,一气周流”理论异病同治,以培土利枢、理畅气机、益肾制水、祛湿疏瘀为治法,随证遣方用药,疗效较好。附验案一则。At present,there is no systematic differentiation and treatment report on membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis(MPGN).Professor YU holds that MPGN has the similar“proliferative”pathological manifestations.According to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the characteristics of disease mechanism involve deficient middle qi,unsmooth pivot,kidney deficiency and overflow of water,and phlegm,dampness and stasis blocking.Therefore,“different diseases treated with the same methods”could be applied according to“Earth Turing Four Elements and One Qi Circulation”.Consolidating earth and smoothening pivot,regulating and harmonizing qi movement,supplementing kidney and restricting water,and dispelling dampness and unblocking stasis should be treatment methods.Formulas and medicinals are applied according to syndromes to achieve significant efficacy.One proved case is cited for reference.
