摘　　要：乳腺癌的病因是在肝气郁结的基础上,痰、瘀、毒互结而形成的实证,中晚期乳腺癌及/或经过现代医学相关治疗后损伤肝肾,在肝气郁结的基础上形成肝肾不足,痰、瘀、毒互结的本虚标实之证。治疗上早期多以疏肝理气、化痰、活血、解毒为法,善用逍遥散加减。中晚期多以滋补肝肾、化痰、活血、解毒为法,常用六味地黄汤加减。治疗中重视顾护脾胃与虫类药的使用,倡导针药并用,强调日常调护,在治疗乳腺癌中取得了良好的疗效。The disease mechanism of breast cancer is that based on the stagnation of liver qi,the combination of phlegm,blood stasis and toxin develops into an excessive syndrome,and in the middle stage or treated with modern medicine,there would be the injury of liver and kidney,manifesting as the deficient root and excessive branch with deficiency of liver and kidney based on liver qi stagnation and combination of phlegm,blood stasis and toxin.For the treatment,in the early stages,soothing liver and regulating qi,resolving phlegm,activating blood and detoxifying should be applied,and Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散)is often prescribed.In the middle and late stage,nourishing liver and kidney,resolving phlegm,activating blood and detoxifying is often should be applied,and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(六味地黄汤)is often prescribed with modification.In the treatment,spleen and stomach should be protected and insect medicinals should be applied with emphasis,acupuncture and medicinals should be applied in combination,and daily care is important,so as to achieve good effects in the treatment of breast cancer.
