摘　　要：病态窦房结综合征是临床常见难治病。齐鲁卢氏内科流派着眼于“虚-寒-瘀-痰”,认为该病病机以心气心阳虚损为本,寒凝、血瘀、痰阻为标,治以益气温阳、祛瘀化痰通络,疗效显著。附益心复脉汤及验案1则。Sick sinus syndrome is one of the common and refractory diseases in clinical practice.The Qilu Lu-Style School of Internal Medicine focuses on the principles of“Deficiency-Cold-Stasis-Phlegm”,viewing the root cause as a deficiency of heart qi and heart yang,with cold accumulation,blood stasis,and phlegm obstruction as secondary factors.The treatment approach aims to reinforce qi,warm yang,dispel stasis,resolve phlegm,and unblock the channels,achieving notable therapeutic effects.Yixin Fumai Decoction(益心复脉汤)is listed with one proved case.
