摘　　要：肥胖型2型糖尿病是一种常见的代谢性疾病,其发病率逐年上升。该病与脾肾关系密切,属于脾瘅、消渴范畴。研究表明,肠道菌群失调与肥胖型2型糖尿病的发生和发展密切相关。脾肾功能失调与肠道菌群紊乱有相关性,也是引起肥胖型2型糖尿病的重要因素。综述了肥胖型2型糖尿病的流行病学调查,发现肠道菌群紊乱与肥胖型2型糖尿病的发病密切相关。分析了脾肾与肠道菌群之间的关系,揭示了肠道菌群紊乱在肥胖型2型糖尿病发生和发展过程中的重要作用。探讨了从脾肾论治肠道菌群对肥胖型2型糖尿病的相关应用。参考文献49篇。Obese type 2 diabetes is a common metabolic disorder with an increasing prevalence.It is closely associated with the spleen and kidney and pertains to spleen-heat and consumptive thirst in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Studies have shown that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is significantly related to the onset and progression of obese type 2 diabetes.Spleen and kidney dysfunction is linked to gut microbiota imbalance,which is also a critical factor in the development of this condition.This review summarizes the epidemiological investi⁃gation of obese type 2 diabetes,highlighting the strong association between gut microbiota imbalance and its pathogenesis.It further analyzes the relationship between the spleen,kidney,and gut microbiota,revealing the crucial role of gut dysbiosis in the onset and progression of obese type 2 diabetes.The study also explores the application of TCM treatments targeting the spleen and kidney to regulate gut microbiota in the management of obese type 2 diabetes.Forty-nine references were quoted.
