摘　　要：蝎毒多肽是由蝎尾节毒囊分泌产生的一类生物活性物质,其具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、抗菌、抗癫痫、抗惊厥等多种生理功能,发展前景广阔,已经成为当今生物医学领域研究热点。对蝎毒多肽的来源、分类、主要药理活性以及目前研究存在的问题进行系统综述,并对蝎毒多肽研究的未来发展方向进行展望,为蝎毒多肽的深度开发利用提供理论依据。参考文献74篇。Scorpion venom peptides are bioactive substances secreted from the venom glands in the telson of scorpions,with a variety of physiological functions,including anti-tumor,analgesic,antibacterial,anti-epileptic,and anticonvulsant activities,making them highly promising for future development.Consequently,they have become a focal point of research in the field of biomedicine.This paper provides a systematic review of the sources,classification,and primary pharmacological activities of scorpion venom peptides,as well as the current research challenges.Furthermore,it discusses potential future directions for research,offering a theoretical foundation for the advanced development and utilization of scorpion venom peptides.Seventy-four references were quoted.
