摘 要:民营企业是推进中国式现代化的生力军,在数字时代,数字化赋能成为持续优化民营企业创新环境、提升民营企业核心竞争力、推动民营企业高质量发展的重要途径。数字化赋能通过数据资源资本化推动技术升级、运营流程模块化助力流程变革、信息传递高效化重塑组织结构、数字技术通用化促进协同创新、数字金融创新优化融资环境、数据智能化驱动柔性制造升级,为民营企业高质量发展提供了实现路径。现阶段,数字化转型动力不足、制度保障亟待完善、市场垄断与准入壁垒、数字化人才供给短缺等是数字化赋能民营企业高质量发展的主要制约因素。因此,需要通过提升数字化转型能力、优化制度保障、破除垄断清除壁垒、完善人才培养体系等举措施展数字化赋能的积极作用。Private enterprises are a driving force in advancing Chinese-style modernization.In the digital era,digital empowerment has become a crucial approach to continuously optimizing the innovation environment for private enterprises,enhancing their core competitiveness,and promoting their high-quality development.Digital empowerment facilitates technological upgrades through the capitalization of data resources,supports process transformation through the modularization of operational workflows,reshapes organizational structures through efficient information transmission,fosters collaborative innovation through the universalization of digital technologies,optimizes the financing environment through digital financial innovation,and drives flexible manufacturing upgrades through data intelligence.These pathways provide concrete approaches for the high-quality development of private enterprises.At the current stage,however,insufficient momentum for digital transformation,the need for improved institutional support,market monopolies and entry barriers,and the shortage of digital talent are major constraints to the effective digital empowerment of private enterprises for high-quality development.To address these challenges,it is necessary to enhance digital transformation capabilities,optimize institutional support,eliminate monopolies and entry barriers,and improve talent development systems,thus fully unleashing the positive impact of digital empowerment.
