摘　　要：齐鲁正骨流派作为中医骨伤学科的代表,其核心学术理念包括整体观念与辨证施治结合、筋骨并重与内外兼治、手法为先与微创并重。流派在传承中医精髓的同时,融入黄河文化独特内涵,构建了特色鲜明的诊疗体系。本文旨在系统梳理齐鲁正骨流派的核心学术理念,并探讨传承与弘扬策略,以促进中医药骨伤事业繁荣发展。As the representative of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the core academic thought of Qilu school of orthopedics includes the combination of holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treating both tendons and bones,focusing on internal and external treatment,giving priority to manipulation and paying attention to minimal invasive surgery.While inheriting the essence of TCM,the school integrates the unique connotation of Yellow River culture and builds up a distinctive diagnosis and treatment system.This paper aims to systematically sort out the core academic ideas of Qilu school of orthopedics,and analyzes the strategies of inheritance and promotion,so as to promote the prosperity of orthopedics of TCM.
