基于《医学衷中参西录》探讨山药在糖尿病前期临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：本文基于《医学衷中参西录》探讨山药在糖尿病前期临床治疗中的应用。山药味甘性平,归肺、脾、肾经,具有益气养阴生津、补肺健脾益肾的功效,其既可作为单方直接使用,也可作为复方的主要成分与其他药材配伍,可通过榨汁、煎煮、煮粥等形式内服,有效缓解糖尿病前期患者症状。山药在复方中常与黄芪、生地黄、白术、白芍、薏苡仁等药材同用,不仅可以增强其降糖作用,还能针对不同证型的糖尿病前期患者进行个性化治疗。山药以其独特的作用和丰富的食疗价值,在糖尿病前期的治疗中发挥重要作用,为中医药治疗糖尿病前期提供了宝贵经验和思路。This paper is based on the Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine,which discussed the application of Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)in the clinical treatment of prediabetes.Shanyao is sweet in flavor and neutral in property,belonging to the lung,spleen and kidney meridians in channel tropism,with the effects of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,tonifying lung,invigorating spleen and boosting kidney.Shanyao can be used directly as a single formula or as the main ingredient of a compound formula with other herbs.It can be taken internally in the form of juice,decoction and porridge to effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with prediabetes.Shanyao is often combined with Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Shengdihuang(Rehmannia Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),and other herbs in compound formulas,which can not only enhance its hypoglycemic effect,but also provide personalized treatment for prediabetic patients with different syndrome types.With its unique effect and rich dietary and therapeutic value,Shanyao plays an important role in the treatment of prediabetes and provides valuable experience and ideas for the treatment of prediabetes in traditional Chinese medicine.
