山东省蒙阴县野生药用植物资源调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省蒙阴县野生药用植物资源现状,明确药用植物种类、分布等,为该县药用植物资源保护和合理利用提供科学依据。方法:通过野外样地调查等方法,对蒙阴县野生药用资源进行调查。结果:此次调查共记录野生药用植物92科、243属、335种。其中被子植物种类最多,共315种;草本植物在当地分布广泛,种类众多;优势科有菊科、豆科、蔷薇科、唇形科等;药用部位以全草类、根及根茎类、果实种子类为主。本次调查共记录重点药用植物107种,《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)收载105种,包括丹参、忍冬、酸枣等。结论:蒙阴县野生药用植物资源相对丰富,应合理利用和开发从而促进当地中药产业发展,实现资源的可持续利用。Objective:To investigate the status quo of wild medicinal plant resources in Mengyin County of Shandong Province and clarify the species and distribution of medicinal plants,so as to provide scientific basis for the protection and rational utilization of medicinal plant resources in this county.Methods:The wild medicinal resources in Mengyin County were investigated by sample area.Results:A total of 92 families,243 genera and 335 species of wild medicinal plants were recorded.Angiosperms had the largest number of species,totaling 315.Herbaceous plants are widely distributed locally with diverse species.The dominant families are Asteraceae,Fabaceae,Rosaceae,Lamiaceae and so on.The medicinal parts mainly include whole plants,roots and rhizomes,fruit and seeds.A total of 107 key medicinal plants were recorded in this survey,105 of which were collected in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),including Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Rendong(Lonicera Japonica),Suanzao(Zizyphus Jujube),etc.Conclusions:Mengyin County is relatively rich in wild medicinal plant resources,which should be reasonably utilized and developed so as to promote the development of local Chinese medicinal industry and realize the sustainable utilization of resources.
