清代医家黄元御论治血证思路探析

摘　　要：近代以来探讨黄元御治疗血证思想的研究较少。黄元御认为血证的产生皆源于中下水寒土湿,中气堙郁不转。在诊治血证过程中重视肾中之坎阳、脾胃之中气,认为中轴轮转,人则无病。治法上重土崇阳,主张扶阳温中培土,善用茯苓、甘草、半夏、干姜等祛湿培中之品。梳理总结黄元御诊治血证思路,拓宽血证用药思路,以期对血证的理论研究和临床用药有所启示。In modern times,there are few studies on HUANG Yuanyu’s thought of treating blood syndrome.HUANG Yuanyu believed that the blood syndrome is caused by water-cold and earth-dampness in the middle and lower energizers,stagnating the middle qi.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of blood syndrome,he paid attention to Kanyang in kidney and qi in spleen and stomach,and believed that people were well in case of free movement of qi in the middle energizer.Focusing on earth and yang,he advocated reinforcing yang,warming the middle and cultivating earth,making good use of Fuling(Poria),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)and Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)and so on to remove dampness and cultivate the middle.We summarized HUANG Yuanyu’s thought of diagnosing and treating blood syndrome and enlarged the medication idea of blood syndrome to enlighten the theoretical research and clinical medication of blood syndrome.
