中药黄酮类化合物抗肝炎药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：黄酮类化合物是一类多酚类次生代谢产物,广泛存在于中药等天然植物,如黄芩、苦参、金银花等。中药黄酮类化合物具有多种药理活性,可抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒和抗癌等,被广泛应用于肝脏炎症干预,包括酒精性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、乙型肝炎、药物性肝损伤炎症、自身免疫性肝炎及癌症等。本文综述了近5年来中药黄酮类化合物在肝炎中的应用情况,可为黄酮类化合物预防和治疗肝脏疾病提供全面的研究视角,为相关转化研究提供基础。参考文献73篇。Flavonoids are secondary metabolites of polyphenols,which are widely found in natural plants such as Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix)and Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos)and so on.Flavonoids of Chinese medicinals have various pharmacological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and anti-cancer effects.Flavonoids have been widely used in treating liver inflammation,including alcoholic hepatitis,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,hepatitis B,drug-induced liver injury,autoimmune hepatitis,and cancer,etc.This paper reviewed the application of flavonoids of Chinese medicinals in hepatitis in the past five years to provide a comprehensive research perspective for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases and to serve as a basis for the related translational research. There were 73 references in total.
