摘　　要：以某悬挂式单轨(空轨)线路为分析背景,基于箱梁内部供电轨系统检修需求及巡检设备指标要求,研究确定巡检装置总体设计方案及检测系统、定位系统、控制与安全系统设计方案。该巡检装置可以解决空轨供电系统的检测和巡视困难等问题,经实际线路应用检测效果良好。With a suspended monorail(air rail)line as the background of analyzing,and with the inspection and repair requirements of internal power supply system of box girder as well as the parameter requirements of patrol inspection equipment as the basis,studies are made for determination of schemes for overall design of devices and schemes for design of inspection system,positioning system,control and safety system.The patrol inspection device is able to solve the problems of inspection and patrol inspection difficulties for power supply system of air rail,and the application of the devices on the actual lines show that the inspection effects are satisfactory.
