摘 要:为控制高速铁路沿线噪声,设计了高速铁路噪声控制实现框架,以评估、分析、实施、监测评价体系设计为总体思路,包括评估标准、分析计算、实施方案说明、监测算法指标等,基于多角度、多层次、多方案提供总体目标的解决路径,允许采用单路径或组合路径实现目标,为不同场景的噪声控制提供控制措施和闭环管理建议,通过框架实现成功项目的数据采集、清洗、归档、共享和移植,并讨论此框架对相似工程的借鉴意义。In order to control the noise along high-speed railway,a high-speed railway noise control implementation framework is designed,with the evaluation,analysis,implementation,monitoring and evaluation system design as general idea,including evaluation criteria,analysis and calculation,implementation plan description,monitoring algorithm indicators.Based on multi-angle,multi-level and multi-scheme,it provides the solution path of the overall goal,allows the use of single path or combined path to achieve the goal,provides control measures and closed-loop management suggestions for noise control in different scenarios,realizes the data collection,cleaning,archiving,sharing and portability of successful projects through the framework,and discusses the implications of this framework for similar projects.
