摘  要:为解决运输过程中罐式集装箱变形难以及时发现的问题,设计了一种基于布里渊光时域分析(BOTDA)技术的罐式集装箱微变形智能监测装置.该装置由罐式集装箱、BOTDA传感光纤及其解调仪和计算机组成.为验证该装置的可行性,利用该装置对不同使用年限的罐式集装箱进行了监测试验.结果表明:该装置能够及时检测到罐式集装箱的变形现象,并可对漏气进行预警.因此,该装置对罐式集装箱的监测与维护具有良好的推广和应用价值.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect the deformation of tank container in time during transportation,an intelligent monitoring device for micro-deformation of tank container based on Brillouin optical time domain analysis(BOTDA)technology is proposed.The device consists of tank container,BOTDA sensing fiber,BOTDA demodulation instrument and computer.To verify its feasibility,this paper uses the device to monitor tank containers with different service life.The test shows that the device can detect the strain phenomenon of tank container in time and give early warning of gas leakage.Therefore,the device has good application value for monitoring and maintenance of tank container.
