摘　　要：为创新社会心理服务模式和提升社会心理服务水平及效率,通过分析人工智能、大数据、情感计算及虚拟现实等技术以及其在心理评估、情绪干预、心理治疗及心理服务协同中的应用现状,探讨了“智能+”社会心理服务模式在提高服务效率、扩大服务范围、实现个性化支持及持续性服务等方面的优势,并指出了在这些方面存在的问题.研究结果可为更好地利用人工智能等新技术提升社会心理服务等提供参考.In order to innovate the social psychological service model and improve the efficiency of social psychological services,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of technologies,such as,artificial intelligence,big data,emotional computing,and virtual reality in psychological assessment,emotional intervention,psychological therapy,and collaborative application of psychological services.It explores the advantages of the“Intelligence+”social psychological service model in enhancing service efficiency,expanding service coverage,realizing personalized support,and ensuring continuous service,as well as the current issues in these areas.The research findings provide valuable insights and references for leveraging new technologies such as artificial intelligence to better serve social psychological needs.
