摘 要:针对城市轨道失控车辆在轨道终端产生的冲击问题,采用车挡刹车液压制动技术进行能量消耗,对车挡刹车液压制动系统机理进行了研究。基于AMESIM构建了车挡刹车液压制动系统仿真模型,分析了系统能量消耗率计算方法,对系统制动特性展开了仿真研究。针对刹车液压缸缸径、车辆质量、车辆失控速度对系统性能的影响效果进行了分析,对系统能量消耗率进行了计算汇总研究,为城轨车挡制动装置研制提供理论支撑。研究结果表明:车挡制动过程基本为匀减速,制动冲击小、制动过程安全性高。车挡刹车液压制动系统能量消耗率高,在99.8%以上。刹车液压缸缸径增大,冲击压力会增加,车辆制动时间和车挡制动位移减小,系统能量消耗率有所提高。车辆失控速度增大,冲击压力增加,车辆制动时间延长,车挡制动位移增加。车辆质量增大,冲击压力不变,车辆制动时间和车挡制动位移均增加。Aiming at the impact of runaway urban rail vehicles at the rail terminal,a variable throttle hydraulic braking technology for urban rail vehicle is adopted for energy consumption.The mechanism of variable throttle hydraulic braking system for urban rail vehicle is studied.Based on AMESIM,the simulation model of variable throttle hydraulic braking system of urban rail vehicle is established.The calculation method of system energy consumption rate is analyzed.The braking characteristics of the system are simulated.The effects of long stroke hydraulic cylinder diameter,vehicle mass and vehicle runaway speed on system performance are analyzed.The energy consumption rate of the system is calculated and summarized.It provides theoretical support for the development of urban rail vehicle stop braking device.The results show that the braking process is basically uniform deceleration,the braking impact is small and the safety of the braking process is high.The energy consumption rate of variable throttle hydraulic braking system of bumper is high,more than 99.8%.When the cylinder diameter of long stroke hydraulic cylinder increases,the impact pressure will increase,the vehicle braking time and stop braking displacement will decrease,and the system energy consumption rate will increase.The speed of the vehicle out of control increases,the impact pressure increases,the vehicle braking time increases,and the brake displacement of the bumper increases.When the vehicle mass increases,the impact pressure remains unchanged,and the vehicle braking time and stop braking displacement increase.
