摘 要:基于经验的传统露天台阶爆破设计已不能满足爆破精细化和矿山数字化发展要求,根据新提出单孔破碎负担区拟柱体破碎理论构建了适应精确延时逐孔起爆条件的台阶爆破智能设计系统。该系统将人工智能手段与台阶爆破设计原理结合,实现了三维自动布孔、爆破参数智能选取、逐孔校核药量和爆破地震、飞石及爆堆预测等技术目标,解决了数字矿山中精细爆破设计的核心问题。最后,将该系统应用于西安频山石灰石矿的台阶爆破设计中,有效提高了爆破设计的智能化水平,降低了爆破作业成本、改善了爆破效果,显著提升了矿山的经济和社会效益。The traditional open-pit bench blasting design based on experience can no longer meet the requirements of blasting refinement and mine digital development.Therefore,according to the newly proposed quasi-cylinder crushing theory of one single borehole crushing burden area,the intelligent design system of bench blasting which is suitable for the condition of accurate hole-by-hole delayed blasting is constructed.The system combines the artificial intelligence method with the design principle of bench blasting,and realizes the technical goals such as three-dimensional automatic hole layout,intelligent selection of blasting parameters,hole-by-hole checking of charge and prediction of blasting earthquake,flying rock and blasting pile prediction,which solves the core problems of refinement blasting design in digital mines.Finally,the system is applied to the bench blasting design of Xi'an Pinshan Limestone mine,which effectively improves the intelligent level of blasting design,reduces the operating cost of blasting and improves the blasting effect,which significantly improves the economic and social benefits of the mine.
