摘　　要：针对东北地区人参播种普遍采用的自走式播种机使用过程中出现的若干问题,如顶杆托架强度不足且拆装不便,导致设备整体稳定性和维修便捷性较差;过渡传动轴直线度差且链轮同步性不易保证,导种软管易弯曲,造成排种不畅,频繁出现严重漏播;取种顶杆易变形且磨损严重,导致取种困难,增加漏播率;种箱安装方式不佳,卸种过程复杂。为解决上述问题,改进设计了一台自走式人参播种机,重点针对改进部分进行性能试验。试验结果表明,该自走式人参播种机性能良好,可靠性得到进一步提高,漏播率明显降低。研究结果对自走式人参播种机的研制与改进具有一定的参考价值。In view of the problems that occur in the use of the self-propelled seeder commonly used for ginseng sowing in Northeast China,such as insufficient strength of the ejector bracket and inconvenient disassembly and assembly,resulting in poor overall stability and maintenance convenience of the equipment;The straightness of the transition drive shaft is poor and the synchronization of the sprocket is not easy to guarantee;The guide hose is easy to bend,resulting in poor seed rowing,and serious leakage occurs frequently;The ejector rod is easy to deform and wear seriously,which leads to the difficulty of seed extraction and increases the rate of missed seeding.The installation of the seed box is not good,and the unloading process is complicated.In order to solve the above problems,a self-propelled ginseng seeder was designed in an improved way,and the performance test was carried out focusing on the improved part,and the test results showed that the self-propelled ginseng seeder had good performance,the reliability was further improved,and the missed sowing rate was significantly reduced.The research results have certain reference value for the development and improvement of self-propelled ginseng seeder.
