摘  要:随着全球农业现代化进程的推进,传统的农业生产方式已经难以满足日益增长的粮食需求和环境保护的要求。农机数控系统和农业机械自动化改造成为现代农业技术发展的重要方向。该文系统分析了农机数控系统的设计原理、关键技术、硬件结构、软件设计和实现方法等,并围绕自动化改造过程中涉及的传感器技术、数据采集与处理、智能控制系统及其在各种农业作业中的应用,通过案例研究与试验数据,验证数控系统在当前农机自动化改造中的应用与未来发展方向,提出了实现农业机械智能化、自动化的策略和建议,旨在为从事农业机械设计与自动化研究的工程师和学者提供参考和指导,推动农业现代化和可持续发展。With the advancement of global agricultural modernization,traditional agricultural production methods have been difficult to meet the growing demand for food and environmental protection requirements.Agricultural machinery numerical control system and agricultural machinery automation transformation has become an important direction for the development of modern agricultural technology.This paper systematically analyzes the design principle,key technology,hardware structure,software design and implementation method of agricultural machinery numerical control system,and focuses on the sensor technology,data acquisition and processing,intelligent control system and its application in various agricultural operations involved in the process of automation and transformation,verifies the application of the numerical control system in the current automation transformation of agricultural machinery and the direction of future development by means of case studies and experimental data and puts forward Strategies and suggestions for realizing the intelligentization and automation of agricultural machinery are presented,aiming to provide reference and guidance for engineers and scholars engaged in the research of agricultural machinery design and automation,and to promote the modernization and sustainable development of agriculture.
