摘  要:针对地方高校农业工程类人才培养现状,完善新农科背景下农业工程人才培养的评价机制,设计评价标准体系。在评价标准的基础上,运用层次分析-灰色关联法(AHP-GRA)理论,建立新农科背景下农业工程类人才培养评价体系的数学模型和评价模式。为反映人才培养质量的主体要求,以佳木斯大学农业工程学科为例,从在校学生、教师、毕业生、用人单位4个子目标中挑选出11个二级指标,构成综合评价指标体系。结果表明,现行培养体系需要重点优化的指标有准则层中的校友访谈会、网络问卷、校友群反馈和基本指标层中的教学条件、完成作业、毕业达成、行业需求等。建立的模型具有普适性、准确性和实用性,为农业工程人才评价提供技术支撑。In view of the current situation of the cultivation of agricultural engineering talents in local colleges and universities,the evaluation mechanism of the cultivation of agricultural engineering talents under the background of new agricultural science is improved,and the evaluation standard system is designed.On the basis of the evaluation criteria,using the analytic hierarchy process-grey relational analysis(AHP-GRA)theory,the mathematical model and evaluation mode of the evaluation system of agricultural engineering talents training under the background of new agricultural science are established.Taking the agricultural engineering discipline of Jiamusi University as an example,11 secondary indicators reflecting the main requirements are selected from the 4 sub-goals of students,teachers,graduates and employers to form a comprehensive evaluation index system.The results show that the indicators that need to be optimized in the current training system include alumni interviews,online questionnaires,feedback from alumni groups in the standard layer,and teaching conditions,homework completion,graduation achievement,and industry needs in the basic indicator layer.The established model is universal,accurate and practical,and provides technical support for the evaluation of agricultural engineering talents.
