摘  要:在新工科背景下,社会各领域高速发展迫切需要高质量的应用型人才。当前人才培养过程中,在创新实践、平台建设与师资力量方面存在限制发展的问题。针对上述问题,文章从提升学生的创新创业和科技竞赛能力为出发点,采用提升创新创业和实践能力、优化师资队伍、校企协同育人、参加科技竞赛等途径为人才实践能力培养提供支撑。同时,对电气工程人才实践培养模式改革措施进行了深入探讨,以期对今后电气工程专业的教学改革和学生能力提升起到推动作用。In the context of new engineering,the rapid development of various fields of society urgently needs high-quality applied talents.In the current process of talent training,there are currently problems that limit the development of innovative practices,platforms construction and teachers.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the improvement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship and science and technology competition ability as the starting point,and adopts innovation,entrepreneurship and practical ability,optimization of teaching staff,school-enterprise collaborative education,science and technology competition and other ways to provide support for the cultivation of talents'practical ability.At the same time,the reform measures of the practical training mode of electrical engineering talents were discussed in depth,in order to promote the teaching reform and the improvement of students'ability in the future of electrical engineering.
