摘 要:四级运输体是火箭的重要组成部分,其在组装过程中需完成不同组合状态的吊运。通过其结构特点研究吊运连接方式,可减少表面接触损伤。文中设计了一种吊具用于固体火箭四级运输体生产装配过程中的水平吊运,吊具设计为前后2点起吊,采用分体模块组装连接的结构形式,具备轻便、快捷、安全、可靠、适用范围广、操作方便等特点。前起吊点设计为上下分体抱箍结构,采用铝合金材质,内侧设有厚毛毡。上下分体抱箍通过花篮螺栓连接并施加纵向预紧力,抱紧固定在四级运输体锥形表面。后起吊点结构为连接板,通过螺栓与其尾部连接孔连接。抱箍上栓紧连接板设有连接孔可通过卸扣与栓紧带连接,栓紧带斜向环绕被吊物,利用连接板上的紧带器对栓紧带施加预紧力,将抱箍与连接板斜向拉紧,此时吊具与四级运输体连接为一个整体,实现水平稳定吊运操作。通过三维仿真找准吊点位置,增减双腿索具连接卸扣数量调节索具长度改变吊环位置,并对吊运过程进行状态模拟实现水平吊装。经过有限元分析前处理、求解、后处理,验证了抱箍、连接板的强度、刚度。对吊具的特点进行总结,拓展了同类产品的应用。The four-stage transporter is an important part of the rocket,and it needs to be lifted under different assembly states during assembly.Combining with its structural characteristics,the study of lifting connection mode can reduce surface contact damage.In this paper,a spreader is proposed for the horizontal lifting of the four-stage transporter of solid rocket in the production and assembly process.The spreader is designed to be lifted at two points in front and back,for assembly and connection of split modules,which is characterized by portability,quickness,safety,reliability,wide application range and convenient operation.The front lifting point is designed as upper and lower split hoops,made of aluminum alloy,with thick felt inside.The upper and lower split hoops are connected by turnbuckles,and the longitudinal pre-tightening force is applied,which is tightly fixed on the conical surface of the four-stage transporter.The rear lifting point is designed as a connecting plate,which is connected with its tail connecting hole through bolts.The fastening connecting plate on the hoop is provided with a connecting hole which can be connected with a fastening belt through a shackle,and the fastening belt obliquely surrounds the hoisted object;a belt tensioner on the connecting plate exerts a pre-tightening force on the fastening belt,so that the hoop and the connecting plate are obliquely tightened;and at this time,the spreader is connected with the four-stage transporter into a whole to achieve horizontal stable lifting.Through three-dimensional simulation,the position of lifting point was found accurately,the number of shackles connected with two legs rigging was increased or decreased,the length of rigging was adjusted to change the position of lifting rings,and the state simulation of lifting process was carried out to realize horizontal lifting.After pre-processing,solution and postprocessing in finite element analysis,the strength and stiffness of hoops and connecting plate were verified.The characteristics of s
