摘 要:为了解决当前鼠标交互拆卸沉浸感不足、单手柄交互拆卸不满足实际并行拆卸的情况以及单手柄拆卸体积过大零件不符合拆卸实际等问题,文中基于HTCVive硬件设备提出双手协同拆卸的虚拟拆卸方案,构建双手协同的虚拟拆卸系统。首先,针对双手协同拆卸逻辑,研究了拆卸过程中零部件与手柄的坐标满足一致性的拾取流程;然后运用虚拟现实开发引擎Unity 3D,以减速器为例开发了基于HTC Vive的双手协同虚拟拆卸系统,验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。Considering the lack of immersion in the current mouse interactive disassembly,the fact that the single-handle interactive disassembly does not meet the actual parallel disassembly,and the fact that the single-handle disassembly is too large to meet the actual disassembly,in this paper,a virtual disassembly proposal based on HTC Vive hardware is proposed and a virtual disassembly system with two hands was built.Firstly,for the logic of two-handed collaborative disassembly,the picking flow of the coordinates of parts and handles in the disassembly process was studied.Then,taking the reducer as an example,the virtual disassembly system based on HTC Vive was developed by using the virtual reality development engine Unity 3D,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposal.
