摘  要:本文采用烧结法制备了低膨胀Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)微晶玻璃,研究了ZnO部分取代Li_(2)O对LAS微晶玻璃显微结构、烧结行为、析晶行为和性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO取代Li_(2)O降低了LAS微晶玻璃起始析晶温度,LAS微晶玻璃在800℃保温10 min时便有大量Li_(2)Al_(2)Si_(3)O_(10)晶相析出,阻碍了玻璃的烧结收缩,而不含ZnO的LAS微晶玻璃在800℃析晶缓慢,有利于烧结致密化。当烧结温度为1100℃时,微晶玻璃的主晶相均为β-锂辉石,其中不含ZnO的LAS微晶玻璃热膨胀系数为1.747×10^(-6)K^(-1),抗弯强度为138.4 MPa,介电常数为3.52,介电损耗为0.0016。Low expansion Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)glass-ceramics were prepared using sintering method.The effect of ZnO partially substitution for Li_(2)O on the microstructure,sintering behavior,crystallization behavior and properties of LAS glass-ceramics was investigated.The results show that the substitution of ZnO for Li_(2)O reduces the initial crystallization temperature of LAS glass-ceramics,leading to significant amount of Li_(2)Al_(2)Si_(3)O_(10) phase precipitating out after holding at 800℃ for 10 min,which hinders the sintering shrinkage of glass.In contrast,the LAS glass-ceramics without ZnO exhibits slower crystallization at 800℃,which is beneficial for sintering densification process.When the sintering temperature is 1100℃,the main crystalline phase present in glass-ceramics is identified asβ-spodumene.The coefficient of thermal expansion of glass-ceramics without ZnO is 1.747×10^(-6)K^(-1),the flexural strength is 138.4 MPa,the dielectric constant is 3.52 and the dielectric loss is 0.0016.
