摘　　要：[研究目的]在现代海战中,人工智能技术重塑了智能化海战的理念。通过研究人工智能技术在现代海战中的应用,旨在为海军情报收集、监视和侦察中人工智能技术搭载情况分析提供理论与方法指导,为智能化海军部队转型和国家安全维护等提供一定的理论与实践支撑。[研究方法]以现代海战面临的挑战和需求作为起点,揭示战场环境超高速变化、战争复杂性增加、海量数据增长带来的信息处理挑战、军事成本和人道主义挑战下需要人工智能技术的应用。并对人工智能技术如何赋能海军任务、收集、处理、开发和传播五大流程展开研究。[研究结论]人工智能技术较好解决了现代海战在情报收集、监视和侦察中的难题,实现了任务分发智能化、信息采集实时化、数据处理精确化、决策流程自动化等方面的功能。并促使海军情报收集、监视和侦察过程更加智能化,提升了流程的质效。建议在人工智能技术研发上应重点关注数据的收集与使用,在海战应用上要关注如何促进人-机协同。此外,人工智能作为当下发展新质生产力的重要途径,技术发展与应用也要重点关注商用转化。国际治理上,应倡导全球共同规范发展人工智能军事应用。[Research purpose]In modern naval warfare,artificial intelligence technology has reshaped the meaning of intelligent naval warfare.By studying the application of artificial intelligence technology in modern naval warfare,the paper aims to provide theoretical and methodical guidance for the analysis of artificial intelligence technology in naval intelligence,surveillance and reconnaissance,and provide certain theoretical and practical support for the transformation of intelligent naval forces and national security maintenance.[Research method]Taking the challenges and needs faced by modern naval warfare as a starting point,the paper reveals the application of artificial intelligence technology under the ultra-fast change of battlefield environment,the increase in the complexity of war,the information processing challenges brought by the growth of massive data,military costs and humanitarian challenges.Under the ISR function and TCPED process,how can AI technology enable the five processes of navy mission,collection,processing,development and dissemination is also studied.[Research conclusion]Artificial intelligence technology has effectively addressed the challenges of intelligence collection,surveillance,and reconnaissance in modern naval warfare.It has enabled intelligent task distribution,real-time information collection,precise data processing,and automated decision-making processes.This has made the process of naval intelligence collection,surveillance,and reconnaissance more intelligent and improved the quality and efficiency of these operations.It is recommended that AI technology development should focus on data collection and utilization,and in naval warfare applications,there should be an emphasis on promoting human-machine collaboration.Additionally,as a crucial pathway for developing new productive forces,development and application of AI should also emphasize commercial transformation.On the international governance front,there should be a global effort to standardize the development of military AI ap
