摘  要:本试验以藏绵羊食道肌巨型住肉孢子虫(Sarcocystis gigantea)SPFH-SG蛋白为研究对象,通过基因克隆及蛋白表达,建立了一种特异性、重复性均良好的间接ELISA检测方法,为藏羊住肉孢子虫病的批量临床检测提供技术方案。Sarcocystosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by parasitic protozoa Sarcocystis living in host cells,which seriously affects the healthy development of livestock and human food safety.Currently,there are relatively few studies on diagnostic methods for this disease,especially on prenatal diagnostic techniques.This study focuses on the SPFH-SG protein of Sarcocystis gigantea from the esophageal muscle of Tibetan sheep.Through gene cloning and protein expression,a specific and reproducible indirect ELISA method has been established,providing a scientific basis and technical solution for the ante-mortem detection of sarcocystosis in Tibetan sheep.
