摘　　要：目的观察中药敷贴联合干扰素α-1b雾化治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法选取2022年5月—2023年3月本院收治的200例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象,根据患儿入院顺序进行编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药敷贴+重组人干扰素α-1b治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间及血常规情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEU)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的WBC、NEU水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取中药敷贴联合干扰素α-1b雾化治疗小儿肺炎,能有效提高临床疗效并改善临床症状,促进肺功能恢复。Objective To observe curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine patches combined with interferonα-1b nebulization in treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 200 cases of pediatric pneumonia in Dongguan City Zhangmutou Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 as subjects,and numbered patients according to admission order,those with odd number were included in observation group and even number in control group,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine therapy,and observation group with traditional Chinese medicine patches and recombinant human interferonα-1b on the basis of control group.Clinical effect,inflammatory factors,symptom resolution,and lung function were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in control group(x^2=10.631,P=0.001).Observation group had shorter fever reduction,disappearance of rales,cough relief,and hospital stay than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,white blood cell count(WBC)and neutrophil count(NEU)comparison between two groups showed P>0.05.After treatment,the WBC and NEU in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine patches combined with interferonα-1b nebulization therapy can effectively increase clinical effect,improve clinical symptoms,and promote lung function recovery of pediatric pneumonia.
