复方沙棘籽油栓与替硝唑栓联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方沙棘籽油栓联合替硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院收治的80例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数列方式将其分成两组,每组40例。参照组采用替硝唑栓单独治疗,研究组采用复方沙棘籽油栓与替硝唑栓联合治疗,对比治疗总有效率、阴道灌洗液炎性因子。结果研究组的治疗总有效率比参照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的阴道灌洗液炎性因子对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α炎性因子水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论复方沙棘籽油栓联合替硝唑栓治疗老年性阴道炎的效果更为突出,可降低炎性因子水平,具有较高的临床应用价值,可广泛推行。Objective To analyze clinical value of combination therapy of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository and tinidazole suppository in treatment of elderly vaginitis.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with vaginitis in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly with 1:1 computer sequence.Among them,40 cases in reference group were treatment with tinidazole suppository only,remaining 40 cases in study group with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository combined with tinidazole suppository.Total effective rate of treatment and inflammatory factors of vaginal lavage fluid were compared.Results Total effective rate of study group after treatment was higher than reference group,and hypothesis test was meaningful,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors of vaginal lavage fluid between two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,levles of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αinflammatory factors in study group were lower than control group,and the hypothesis test was meaningful,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository and tinidazole suppository can achieve significant effect in treatment of elderly vaginitis,reduce level of inflammatory factors with extremely high clinical application value,which can be widely promoted.
