健脾固肾方对脾肾亏虚型早期糖尿病肾病胰岛功能及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究健脾固肾方对脾肾亏虚型早期糖尿病肾病胰岛功能及肾功能的影响。方法选取本院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的脾肾亏虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者128例,将其分为对照组与实验组,每组64例。前者采取常规治疗,后者在此基础上使用健脾固肾方;对比两组患者的治疗效果、胰岛功能和肾功能。结果实验组疗效优于对照组,患者的胰岛功能和肾功能也优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对于早期糖尿病肾病患者来说,在接受治疗的过程中除了要降低血糖水平之外,还要注重对肾脏功能的保护;健脾固肾方是一种适用的方法,可以在达到预期疗效的同时保护患者的胰岛和肾脏。Objective To explore effect of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney prescription on islet function and renal function of early diabetes nephropathy with spleen kidney deficiency.Methods The paper chose 128 patients with early diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney deficiency type in our hospital from 2021 to 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group,64 cases in each group.The former was treated with routine treatment,while the latter with invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney prescription on the basis.Curative effect,pancreatic function,and renal function of patients was compared.Results Curative effect of experimental group was better than control group,pancreatic and renal functions of patients were better than control group.Conclusion It is necessary for patients with early diabetes nephropathy to lower blood sugar level,protect renal function during treatment.Invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney prescription is an applicable method to protect pancreatic islets and kidneys of patients while achieving expected curative effect.
