地佐辛伍用阿扎司琼用于下肢骨折麻醉前镇痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛伍用阿扎司琼用于下肢骨折麻醉前的镇痛效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月本院收治的50例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组取生理盐水静脉注射,观察组于椎管内麻醉前进行地佐辛+阿扎司琼静脉滴注,对比两组临床疗效。结果镇痛前,两组生命体征指标、疼痛与镇静评分、疼痛因子水平对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。镇痛后,观察组的生命体征指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛与镇静评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术满意率高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折麻醉前采用地佐辛联合阿扎司琼的镇痛效果显著,安全性较高,患者满意度较高。Objective To observe preanesthesia analgesic effect of dezocine combined with azasetron for lower limb fracture.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with lower limb fractures in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and randomly divided them into control group of 25 cases treated with intravenous injection of physiological saline,and 25 cases in observation group with intravenous infusion of dezocine and azasetron before spinal anesthesia.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in vital signs,pains and sedation scores,and pain factor levels between two groups before analgesia(P>0.05).Improvement of various indicators in observation group after analgesia was higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of surgery in observation group was higher than control group,and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of dezocine and azasetron can achieve significant analgesic effect,high safety for lower limb fractures before anesthesia,which has high satisfaction degree of patients.
