心理干预在颈椎病患者理疗康复护理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析心理干预在颈椎病患者理疗康复护理中所发挥的作用。方法选取2021年11月—2023年5月本院收治的98例颈椎病康复理疗患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,各49例。常规护理组予以常规康复理疗护理,心理护理组施行心理干预,分析两组的护理结果。结果护理前,两组负性情绪评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,心理护理组SDS、SAS评分比常规护理组低(P<0.05);心理护理组护理满意度比常规护理组高(P<0.05);心理护理组生活质量评分比常规护理组高(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎病患者理疗康复护理中实施心理干预的效果好,可进一步减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提升患者的护理满意度和生活质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze and study effect of psychological intervention in physical therapy and rehabilitation nursing of cervical spondylosis patients.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with cervical spondylosis with rehabilitation therapy from November 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly:routine nursing group and psychological nursing group,with 49 cases in each group.Routine nursing group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy nursing,while psychological nursing group with psychological intervention.Nursing results between two groups were analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in negative emotion scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of psychological nursing group were lower than routine nursing group,and there was difference in data(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree and life quality scores of psychological nursing group were higher than routine nursing group,there was difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can achieve good effect,further reduce anxiety and depression,improve satisfaction degree with nursing and life quality in physical therapy and rehabilitation nursing of cervical spondylosis patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
