加味桃红四物汤配合VSD负压吸引治疗皮肤溃疡性感染及血运障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察加味桃红四物汤与负压引流技术(VSD)负压吸引治疗配合用于皮肤溃疡感染及血运障碍的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2023年6月本院烧伤整形科的皮肤溃疡感染及血运障碍患者68例开展分组研究,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。其中,对照组使用VSD负压吸引治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合开展加味桃红四物汤治疗,2周后,观察两组治疗效果与康复情况。结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率与对照组相比更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间、换药次数以及住院总时间均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味桃红四物汤与VSD负压吸引配合治疗皮肤溃疡感染及血运障碍疗效显著,可有效促进患者创面愈合,缩短其康复周期,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flavored peach kernels and saffron decoction combined with negative pressure drainage technology(VSD)negative pressure suction for skin ulcer infection and blood circulation disorders.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with skin ulcer infection and blood flow disorders in burn and plastic surgery department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 for study,and divided them into groups with random number table method.Control group(n=34)was treated with VSD negative pressure suction,while study group(n=34)with flavored peach kernels and saffron decoction based on control group.After 2 weeks,curative effect and recovery status between two groups was observed.Results After treatment,total effective rate of study group was higher than control group,difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Study group had shorter wound healing time,lower dressing change frequency,and shorter total length of stay than control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of flavored peach kernels and saffron decoction and VSD negative pressure suction can achieve significant curative effect on skin ulcer infection and blood circulation disorders,can promote wound healing and shorten recovery period of patients effectively,which is worthy promotion.
